Emulator gains test coverage analysis
DCoverageXC is an addon module for the DProbeXC emulator for security-critical applications that require test coverage analysis.

It allows the user to determine whether all parts of the code are executed (code coverage), and also whether all the data are used in the manner desired (data coverage).
The DCoverageXC module simply plugs onto the DProbeXC.
In addition to its OCDS functions, complete checking of all the internal processor activities is provided by the DProbeXC, which is based on the emulation device from Infineon.
To record read/write accesses in the controller's entire address range, the DCoverageXC makes 16 coverage areas available, each with 128Kbyte.
The coverage information can be read in real time without interrupting the recording.
