High-speed emulator has USB controller covered
The DProbeHS in-circuit emulation system from Hitex now supports the USB 2.0 derivative AT89C5131 from Atmel.
The palm-sized DProbeHS does not only support the standard 8051 modes of the DS80C390, but also the special contiguous and paged modes of operation.
These extended modes of operation enable addressing of up to 4Mbyte of address space.
The extended 4Kbyte stack is also supported.
Complete HLL debugging and rapid access to emulator functions is achieved using Hitop, the proven user software and standard windows oriented user interface for all Hitex development tools.
The basic DProbeHS device can be equipped with trace functionality by attaching a trace module, and with an optional DBox, the system can be upgraded to a high-end emulator that can include powerful features such as performance analysis.
