As the name suggests, startEasy for ARM makes it easy to start an ARM project.

Hitex has released a new version of its free-of-charge code generation tool startEasy for ARM The new version includes enhancements of the code generator and supports the complete Philips LPC2000, Atmel AT91M40xxx, STMicroelectronics STR7xx and Hilscher netX microcontroller families

As the name suggests, startEasy for ARM makes it easy to start an ARM project.

The tool executes the configuration of the toolchain (Hitop IDE, Hitex debugger and Gnu compiler for ARM) as well as the configuration of the microcontroller.

An application generator enables the generation of different kinds of examples.

Thanks to an update feature the user can adapt the microcontroller configuration, even if the project has already been started.

In addition, the new version is has its capabilities extended after registration.

On registration further examples, eg for USB, can be obtained.

startEasy for ARM is available for download from the Hitex website.
