Most integrated GSM RF transceiver so far
Hitachi has launched its most integrated GSM RF transceiver solution to date.
The 320 x 240 LCD modules are capable of displaying up to 4096 colours and are ideal for handheld and portable applications.
The SC09/SX09 displays use a bent TCP (tape carrier package) construction that provides a highly compact and lightweight module, weighing only 57g.
The displays require a single 3.3V power supply for operation and feature an integrated DC/DC convertor that simplifies product design.
In reflective mode, without the backlight operating, the SC09Q002 provides a low power consumption of just 13mW.
The combination of features, compact dimensions and low power makes the modules ideal for battery powered and portable applications, such as instrumentation, data loggers and measurement devices.
Both the high-brightness SX09Q002 and the sunlight-readable SC09Q002 are mechanically and electrically compatible.
The SX09Q002 is available with a high-brightness CFL backlight while the SC09Q002 is available with a high-brightness CFL or a low-power white LED backlight.
All SC09 and SX09 modules are available with a touchscreen option.
