Now available in the UK from Hunter Electronic Components is the range of thyristor products from Fagor, the Spanish manufacturer of discrete semiconductor components The range, which combines high performance, excellent quality and high reliability, includes SCRs, triacs and diacs with current ratings from 0.8 to 16A
SCRs are available in sensitive-gate, standard and surface-mount versions, while triacs can be supplied as standard, logic-level, high-commutation or surface-mount types.
Both surface-mount and axial diacs are available.
