HDL high-density connectors are specifically designed for test applications requiring frequent mating and unmating HDL connectors are interchangeable with existing ZIF connectors and feature the unique Hypertac socket, providing a self-cleaning wiping action and a minimum of 100,000 mating cycles

Its unrivalled reliability makes the HDL connector ideal for applications such as rack and panel, cable and programming for a variety of markets, but in particular for aerospace testing, medical equipment and industrial test/burn-in applications.

HDL connectors are available in 60-, 96- and 156-way contact sizes and come with a backshell incorporating a universal cable clamp and half-turn quick-mate device.
