Embedded computing manufacturer IBASE is delivering the MB740 powerful AMD Geode NX Mini-ITX motherboard The MB740 is designed for high performance, low-power-consumption platforms, including POS, kiosk, gaming systems, multimedia and other embedded applications
The board is integrated with the SiS 741CX chipset and comes with an AMD Geode NX processor running at 667MHz to 1.4GHz.
Combined with the AMD Geode NX 1250@6W (667MHz) and NX 1500@6W (1GHz), the MB740 delivers maximum performance for demanding embedded applications requiring silent operation and without active cooling that gives system designers broader versatility.
With dimensions of 170 x 170mm, the MB740 incorporates advanced and popular features including 10/100 Ethernet, gigabit Ethernet, serial ATA, CRT, USB 2.0, 1394, SPDIF and PCI expansion slot.
