SoC module eases application design
The new Icop Mity-SoC module makes application design even easier with the integration of a DM and P 6117D CPU, 2/4Mbyte of onboard DRAM, BIOS and the multiple I/O.
The L1 and L2 caches are both 64Kbyte and the computer supports VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA and DSTN/TFT flat panel interfaces with an integrated 2D/3D AGP4X graphics with an MPEG2 accelerator.
Shared system memory is 8, 16 or 32Mbyte.
LAN is catered for by a Realtek 8100B 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet controller with half/full duplex capability and audio is fully compliant with AC97 V2.0.
The board has a range of I/O interfaces including enhanced IDE, FDD, five RS232 ports, RS485, parallel, USB and Ethernet.
All of these major features are contained in a 102 x 144mm package, powered by a 5V supply and will operate in temperatures between -20 and +60C.
