Convertor offers up to 20W
Ideal Power announces the ESO series of 20W DC/DC power convertors from Small Technology Research Group. They offer a low-cost replacement for the industry standard (2 x 1in) power-modules.
The ESO series delivers up to 5A output current, converting two wide input voltage ranges of 18-36V DC and 36-75V DC to provide precisely regulated outputs of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, +/-12V and +/-15V The input is fully isolated from the output, further enhancing flexibility by allowing versatile polarity configurations and grounding connections

Compact power convertors offer up to 20W
Ideal Power has announced the ESO Series of 20W DC/DC power convertors from Small Technology Research Group.
The modules run at fixed frequency to help the EMC noise filtering.
The ESO convertors offer a small footprint, measuring just 27.94 x 25.4mm, with a cost-effective open-frame construction to offer good thermal performance, with the popular industry-standard 2x1 pin-assignment, and can easily drop in as replacements to other low-power isolated convertors.
All ESO modules are compliant with RoHS requirements.
ESO series offer output current limiting and protection against output over-voltage, input under-voltage, over-current and over-temperature.
Due to high efficiency design (88%), the modules are able to output full load (20W) in temperature ranging from -40 to 60C and up to 85C with forced air.
