Indium Corp offers a complete range of solder preforms for all interconnect and joining applications The company's product line includes its full range of solder alloys, as well as an extensive capability to produce numerous sizes and shapes

Indium offers solder preforms in a variety of shapes, including: washers, discs, rectangles and squares, "picture frames", shot, spheres, ganged arrays, and speciality shapes.

Solder preforms are produced in a wide size range.

Discs are made with diameters as small as 0.1mm.

Washers are made with inner diameters as small as 0.38mm and outer diameters as small as 0.635mm.

All preforms can be produced in larger sizes with ease.

Solder preforms can be specified in most of the nearly 300 alloys offered by the company, including Pb-free.

In addition, many solder preforms offer the option of flux coating, which can improve quality, efficiencies, and total production cost.

Solder preforms are packed with a variety of options including: jar, tray, palette, and tape and reel.
