Indium Corporation of America released its newest wave solder flux called 1072 VOC-Free This rosin flux contains a unique formulation making it free of both halides and volatile organic compounds

This new advancement in chemistry combines the benefits of rosin with the environmentally friendliness of a water-based product.

Wave solder flux 1072 was specifically developed for wave soldering of surface-mount, mixed-technology and through-hole electronic assemblies.

Its water-based nonflammable formulation eliminates special storage requirements.

It also has excellent solderability on difficult to solder assemblies and has a wide process window.
