Lead-free transition explained in
Shanghai
Indium Corporation's VP of Technology, will present "The transition to lead-free production: from iNEMI roadmap to production" at the SMTA Technology Summit held concurrently with Nepcon Shanghai.
Dr Ning-Cheng Lee, Indium Corporation's VP of Technology, will present "The transition to lead-free production: from iNEMI roadmap to production" at the SMTA Technology Summit held concurrently with Nepcon Shanghai His presentation, made on behalf of iNEMI, will be held on 10th and 11th April 2005
The SMTA Summit will feature several other notable speakers who will focus on Pb-free implementation.
