Cohen went on to pursue a career in merchant banking holding positions including Chief Executive at County NatWest, Vice chairman at Charterhouse Bank.
In the early 1990s he became a non-executive director of a number of listed and unlisted companies and became active in private venture capital as an investor, advisor and manager.
He is Executive Chairman of Independent Direction, Chairman of CornerSoft Technologies, a Director of Eurodirect Finance and a Non- Executive Director of The Rose Partnership.
Commenting on the appointment Adrian Lucas, CEO of Imerge said "Jonathan brings a wealth of financial experience to the board and he will be key to the next stage of the company's development".
