The single-supply ISL43110 and ISL43111 ICs and dual-supply ISL43112 and ISL43113 ICs are low-voltage SPST switches offered in the SOIC space-saving SOT-23 packages.

The single-supply ISL43110 and ISL43111 ICs and dual-supply ISL43112 and ISL43113 ICs are low-voltage SPST switches offered in the SOIC space-saving SOT-23 packages Designed for low-voltage portable applications such as cellular phones, pagers, notebooks, PDAs, communications and test equipment as well as audio and video switching, these switches provide the industry's best guaranteed 3V on-resistance performance at low cost and are fully characterised and performance guaranteed across a wide temperature and operating voltage

The ISL43110 and ISL43111 ICs are the only SPST analogue switches with guaranteed 3V on-resistance flatness for under $0.50 in 1000 unit quantities.

Flat switch resistance (1.5ohm) across temperature and input voltage guarantees consistent measurement and minimises the need for additional calibration and compensation circuitry.

The ISL43112 and ISL43113 ICs offer the best guaranteed +/-3V total on resistance and on-resistance flatness across temperature, input voltage and +/-10% power supply variation.

No other supplier guarantees performance under these conditions.

Full characterisation at +/-3V operation ensures the device will meet system design requirements.
