The ISL83699 is a bidirectional dual double-pole/double-throw analogue switch that offers precise switching capability from a single 1.65 to 3.6V supply.

The ISL83699 is a bidirectional dual double-pole/double-throw (DPDT) analogue switch that offers precise switching capability from a single 1.65 to 3.6V supply The ISL83699 is a true bidirectional switch with less than 0.5ohm resistance over the full input signal range

It operates from a nominal single 3.3V supply and comes in TSSOP and ultrasmall QFN packaging for space-constrained applications such as handheld and cellphone products.

The ISL83699 is available now.

The suggested resale price in 100 to 999-unit quantities is $1.25 for TSSOP packaging and $1.30 in small QFN packaging.

Pricing is available on request for tape and reel and Pb-free packaging.
