With an operating temperature range of -40 to +125C, the ISL21009 has an input voltage range up to 16.5V, output voltages of 1.25 or 2.5V, and an output current capability of +/-7.0mA.
Target applications for the ISL21009 include high-resolution A/Ds and D/As, digital meters, barcode scanners, basestations, battery management/monitoring, and industrial/instrumentation equipment.
The ISL21009 is available now in an 8-lead SOIC package.
There are 3, 5 and 10ppm/C versions.
Pb-free plus anneal is available (RoHS compliant).
