Voltage reference delivers initial accuracy along with the industry's lowest supply current consumption for low-noise references.

Intersil's ISL21009 voltage reference delivers initial accuracy along with the industry's lowest supply current consumption for low-noise references, making it the ideal choice for industrial and medical instrumentation applications where power is a concern The ISL21009 offers the most power savings of any low-noise voltage reference on the market

With less than 3ppm/C of temperature drift, the device provides very precise performance, allowing for accurate measurements even in noisy environments with great temperature variations.

This combination of precision and low power consumption provides a new benchmark for precision voltage references.

The device provides new levels of power efficiency for precision instrumentation and data acquisition equipment.

The ISL21009 features very low noise (4uV peak-peak for 0.1 to 10Hz), low operating current (180uA maximum), and 3ppm/C of temperature drift.

In addition, the ISL21009 family features guaranteed initial accuracy as low as +/-0.5mV.

This combination of high initial accuracy, low temperature drift, and low output noise performance of the ISL21009 enables versatile high performance control and data acquisition applications with low power consumption.

With an operating temperature range of -40 to +125C, the ISL21009 has an input voltage range up to 16.5V, output voltages of 1.25 or 2.5V, and an output current capability of +/-7.0mA.

Target applications for the ISL21009 include high-resolution A/Ds and D/As, digital meters, barcode scanners, basestations, battery management/monitoring, and industrial/instrumentation equipment.

The ISL21009 is available now in an 8-lead SOIC package.

There are 3, 5 and 10ppm/C versions.

Pb-free plus anneal is available (RoHS compliant).
