According to UK distributor Intertronics, Dymax Series 800 adhesives form bonds to 3000psi on metal, ferrite, ceramic and glass surfaces They also pass severe thermal shock testing from -55 to +230C

This performance ensures that bond resistance is maintained through the most arduous of conditions, making it an ideal bond for DC motor, speaker, alternator, flywheel and transformer assemblies.

In common with all Dymax adhesives, the new range is 100% solvent free and cures in 20-40s, facilitating inline quality testing and eliminating the need for large heat curing chambers and offline drying racks.

Process control is ensured by the adhesives curing on demand, only when they contact an activated surface, unlike premixed resin systems.

Their thixotropic gel viscosity simplifies and offers precise control of the amount dispensed.
