The Fisnar 560092A manual pail pump from Intertronics provides an inexpensive solution to the problem of extracting bulk viscous materials from 19 litre straight-sided cans.

The system is ideal for pastes and grease.

Fluid is pumped to a syringe adapter for cartridge filling by means of a hand lever.

The syringe is filled from the needle end, causing a polyethylene or neoprene piston to rise, preventing any air from being trapped in the syringe.

Once filled, the syringes can be used in conjunction with an automatic dispenser, of which a large variety are available from Intertronics.
