The revolutionary I and J Fisnar I and J123-S and I and J123-D provide a high-tech solution to dispensing from today's material packaging.
Using a flexible hydro-link, the micro-step 16:1 (2000 steps to 0.0625in) motor connects to a precision piston ram assembly.
The system accommodates syringes of 3, 5, 10, 30 and 55cm3, together with 50, 200, 400 and 600ml meter, mix and dispense twin-packaged cartridges.
This volumetric mechanical dispensing technology can dispense volumes from 0.0004cm3 with programmable suckback to prevent oozing.
Prepacked and frozen syringes can be dispensed from during the working life of the product, regardless of changes in viscosity or temperature.
The I and J123-S can dispense the entire amount of the syringe as long as the material is not solid.
Its 200lb torque micro-step motor can accurately dispense thick solder pastes greater than 1,000,000cps down to liquid viscosities of less than 1cps.
Hand-mixed and expensive two-part materials in small amounts can be dispensed from a disposable 3cm3 syringe, dispensing the entire contents with significant material cost savings.
The technology is ideal for medical, electronic and fibre-optic micro-shot applications requiring highly repeatable deposition.
The lightweight (4oz) handset reduces the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome, placing the weight of the system on the bench where it belongs - not in the operator's hand.
The simple, intuitive Palm programming screen with graphical display presents a quick, easy and tactile interface.
The I and J123-S and I and J123-D can also be easily mounted to I and J Fisnar robots and rotary tables for automatic dispensing direct from the packaging.
