Pens dispense without a squeeze
Fisnar Flow-Seal pens from Intertronics allow the controlled application of both water and alcohol-based products including no-clean liquid fluxes, RMA liquid fluxes and solvents.
The digital display can toggle between a digital readout of the regulated air supply pressure and programmed dispense time period.
Once the time taken to dispense the correct size deposit or bead is learned, the time value is saved in the system.
The DK118 dispenses an exact repeat of the set value time after time, with settings being nonvolatile, resulting in elimination of setup delays and errors, and reduced costs.
Quality performance is also improved and rejects reduced.
Time settings can be programmed from 0.01-99.9s and a 5-24V I/O connection allows remote control as well as the normal foot-pedal operation.
The DK118 can also be used in manual mode for operator controlled bead laying or in auto cycling mode for machine control of precise deposits.
In common with all dispensing systems from Intertronics, the DK118 is supplied with an accessory kit which includes syringe adapters, syringes, pistons and tips.
