A new catalogue from Intertronics contains full information on the I and J Fisnar range of metering, mixing and dispensing equipment for multipart fluids.

It features piston and gear pump solutions and stepper-motor drives for virtually any application requiring precise control, as well as machines for small shots of 0.002ml using mechanical dispensing directly from a twin-pack cartridge, up to a continuous flow of up to 250 litre in RIM applications.

Also included is a range of dynamic and rotary mixing guns together with a complete selection of static mixing nozzles.

Typical materials that can be processed in this way are epoxies, polyurethanes, acrylics, adhesives, potting compounds, silicones and RTVs.

All Fisnar metering and mixing equipment can be interfaced with robotic assembly systems, and a full line of robots is offered for this purpose.
