The Fisnar DV509 diaphragm valve from Intertronics dispenses medium- to low-viscosity fluids with the important advantage of keeping the wetted parts separate from the air supply.

The DV509 also allows micro shots, the size of which is determined by screw adjuster.
An air pressure pulse supplied by a Fisnar valve controller opens the valve.
The diaphragm is returned to its closed position for immediate shutoff by means of a heavy-duty spring.
The lightweight valve, capable of up to 200 cycles per minute, is of rugged construction to withstand constant, 24-hour use.
