As the industry moves towards lead-free, Intertronics reckons that Permalex squeegees will become vital to the printing process.

The transition to lead-free solder pastes and a lead-free environment will push all equipment and materials to a higher level Intertronics offers the Permalex range of metal squeegees that are suitable for and enhance all common printers

Permalex metal squeegees are infused with a polymer lubricant which reduces friction and stencil wear.

Permalex can also eliminate the sticking which is typically seen on conventional metal squeegees when using lead-free solder paste.

As the industry moves towards lead-free, Intertronics reckons that Permalex squeegees will become vital to the printing process.

These long life squeegees have proven to enhance stencil/screen printing process and are a significant advancement over polymer and low quality metal squeegee technology.

Permalex squeegees improve printing yields, reduce defects, and reduce machine maintenance.

Customers have shown better CPK indexes, reduced cross/parallel variation, and better overall process performance.

Steve Mallin at Texas Instruments states: "We have been using Permalex squeegee blades and holders for our Fuji screen printers for the past five years".

"They have given us outstanding performance and reliability".

"I recommend them to anyone looking to improve their stencil printing process".
