Thermasil RTV is a one-part silicone adhesive and sealant from Intek Adhesives with a noncorrosive curing system formulated to give excellent heat transfer between components It is claimed to help reduce PCB "hot spots" and has flame retardancy to meet UL94V0

When used as a heatsink adhesive, Thermasil removes the need for mechanical fasteners and messy non-setting greases.

It can also be used for bonding transistors, thermistors and other electronic parts.

Outstanding high-temperature stability (260C) and flexibility make Thermasil ideal for bonding dissimilar materials.

This one-part no-mix RTV cures at room temperature without heat and its non-slump-paste consistency will hold small components in place as it cures.
