IndigoVision's VideoBridge technology will lie at the core of COE's new digital product range, which is designed specifically for large-scale transportation monitoring projects such as international airports and railway terminals.
Coe solutions are already operating in a diverse range of applications for customers such as the BBC, Kuala Lumpur airport and the Tate Gallery, UK.
Commenting on the deal, Brian Wadsworth, Chief Executive of COE said: "VideoBridge will be a key element in maintaining our position as one of the world leaders in the field of complete video network solutions.
VideoBridge will complete our digital video product range at the heart of our X-class network and enable us to offer customers futuristic solutions such as face and number plate recognition, as well as the power to scale their operations up or down as required".
