Ihao Chen, Incentia's President, commented, "At the Design Automation Conference in June, there was lots of interest in our timing and synthesis products from leading electronics companies located in the Pacific Rim.

To help us meet this demand, we signed Davan Tech as our first international distributor.

We picked them because of their people, experience and the good relationships they have with leading electronics companies in Korea".

Because our customers urgently need deep submicron, system-on-chip design solutions, we have partnered with Incentia", noted Sancho Park, President and CEO of Davan Tech.

"Incentia provides very fast timing analysis and comprehensive synthesis solutions for their high performance, multi-million-gate designs and complements our existing tool offerings".
