Clock driver passes tough testing
The INSSTE32882-GS04 exhibits the lowest jitter and most tightly controlled propagation delay in the industry, giving module manufacturers a high manufacturing margin for memory module production.
Inphi's INSSTE32882-GS04 double data rate (DDR3) registered clock driver complies with JEDEC Standard JESD47 The INSSTE32882-GS04 delivers high performance with a low tDYNOFF, tightly controlled propagation delay (tPD), excellent output jitter characteristics and quad-rank support

Register and PLL boost memory module bandwidth
Inphi Corp is delivering the industry's first register and phase lock loop for registered DIMMs operating at 667 and 800Mbit/s using DDR2 technology.
Inphi puts its products through the industry's toughest quality and qualification testing, according to Gopal Raghavan, CTO of Inphi.
The INSSTE32882-GS04 exhibits the lowest jitter and most tightly controlled propagation delay in the industry, giving module manufacturers the highest manufacturing margin for memory module production.
The INSSTE32882-GS04 has a typical propagation delay of 0.8ns, well below the JEDEC proposed specification of 1.0ns with minimal variation across process, voltage and temperature.
In addition, the INSSTE32882-GS04 meets DDR3-800 to DDR3-1600 rates, allowing memory vendors to use a single register for all four speed grades to reduce costs and simplify the bill of materials.
The INSSTE32882-GS04 also exceeds the tDYNOFF specification at all operating data rates.
tDYNOFF is a specification that ensures the server platform has adequate margins across all operating conditions, frequency and density.
Designed for high-performance DDR3 RDIMM server applications, the Inphi INSSTE32882-GS04 supports all existing DDR3-800, DDR3-1066, DDR3-1333 and DDR3-1600 standards.
This new registered buffer offers quad-rank support for increased capacity in server memory.
The INSSTE32882-GS04 is manufactured in 0.18 micron technology, allowing Inphi to meet aggressive pricing targets expected by computer OEMs.
The new configurable registered buffer is available in a 176-ball TFBGA 'eco-friendly' green package.
