MicroMeter systems dispense precision 'shots' or beads of single or plural component adhesives or sealants.
The systems are designed to dispense micro-shots ranging in size from 0.01 to 10cm3, depending on the model selected.
The systems are powered by a pneumatic or optional servo drive.
Servo systems are ideal for precision beads, whereas air-powered systems incorporate a micrometer type shot adjustment and are primarily used for precision shot-dispensing applications.
MicroMeter systems feature power inlet and outlet valves, coupled to positive-displacement metering cylinders and rods to insure metering and flow rate consistency.
The systems are manufactured to be fixtured and their flexible PLC based controls readily integrate into automation.
