Aimed at the industrial low-voltage market, Invensys reckons the 110V AC UPS fills a niche in the UPS market that has been missing for a long time.

"We are delighted to be able to offer this product to an area in the market that has up until now been neglected.

There has been no compromise in the development of this product, it retains all the feature rich attributes of a normal Invensys UPS with carefully considered changes to suit the needs of the industrial low voltage market", said Phillip Wain, sales director, UK Cluster.

Available in four different models (1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000VA) the Axxium 620 110V AC is ideal for industrial applications such as process controls, telemetry, production and automation systems, industrial systems, security, offshore/military special projects and transport systems.

"The Axxium 620 UPS has been specially designed to provide a continuous filtered, isolated and regulated sinewave power supply to low-voltage mission-critical equipment", said Wain.

The Axxium 620 range of 110V AC UPS also incorporates a simple-to-follow front-panel display, which indicates all operating and load conditions at a glance in addition to an audible warning alarm to indicate mains failure, low battery and if an overload or malfunction occurs.

The Axxium 620 offers a variety of connectivity and option cards for power management, including RJ11/RJ45 jacks, a DB9 communications port, and an AS400 or H Link card (SNMP adapter).

As standard the UPS units are supplied with terminals for hardwire connection.

In addition, the Axxium 620 can also be fitted with a wide range of connectors, which may include standard UK, French/German or other industrial connectors.
