The new Powerware 9305 80kVA Hot Sync model is the latest addition to the Invensys Powerware 9305 range.

The new Powerware 9305 80kVA Hot Sync model is the latest addition to the Invensys Powerware 9305 range The new PW 9305 80kVA, is a double-conversion online three-phase parallel UPS system featuring a full set of PW9305 family options including the exclusive Hot Sync paralleling feature

"The Powerware 9305 80kVA Hot Sync is optimised for 400/230V AC customers and the 50/60Hz markets in Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America.

It combines online double conversion topology with Powerware's unique Hot Sync paralleling capabilities offering IT, ISPs, telecom and electrical engineering environments critical 24/7 power protection", said Jorma Mannerkoski, Product Marketing Director, EMEA.

He continues, "The addition of Hot Sync capabilities enables an easy and smooth parallel configuration of up to four UPS modules offering customers the optimal product for performance and high protection level".

The PW 9305 80kVA also features Powerware's inimitable rectifier and inverter technology, assuring that the system always has clean output power and it's static and mechanical changeover switches are included as standard.

"The new PW 9305 80kVA Hot Sync scalable capacity coupled with the familiar space saving characteristics of the existing PW 9305 family makes this a truly distinctive offering, giving our customers increased flexibility and reliability at a competitive price", explains Mannerkoski.

The Powerware 9305 80kVA Hot Sync model features: advanced battery management (ABM); LanSafe and PowerVision software suites for use with each individual UPS; high-performance inverter and rectifier technology; compact size; battery startup and frequency convertor as standard; and Hot Sync technology.

Like other members of the Powerware Series 9 family of UPSs, the 9305 Hot Sync model provides absolute protection from all nine of the most common power problems, including power failures, power sags, power surges, brownouts, line noise, high voltage spikes, frequency variations, switching transients and harmonic distortion.

To further protect critical applications, Powerware offers full service options for preventive, routine and corrective maintenance, as well as 24x7 remote monitoring services.

The Powerware 9305 80kVA Hot Sync model is shipping in November 2002.
