Ideal for laptops, and handheld computing devices, instruments, modems, telecommunication equipment etc, these SuperSlim right-angled D connectors are available with one, as well as the usual two rows of through-board contacts.

The first row of contact tails on the normal two-row configuration has a setback distance of only 1.8mm (1.2mm on the single-row version), and the whole connector, at 10.5mm from front to back, is half the size of the accepted norm for UK right-angle D types.

Compatible and interchangeable with all D subminiature connectors to DIN41652 they have a high-temperature moulding (UL94V0) to withstand infra-red and vapour phase soldering techniques at processing temperature of up to 230C for 30-60s, and an operating temperature of -65 to +125C.
