IQC International has extended its subminiature connector range and can now offer precision turned contact versions in all three size variants of the D type shell interface The range of subminiature versions are available in the standard, double and high-density variants through to mixed layout styles and waterproof versions

The connectors can be supplied in a range of plating variants supplied with turned contacts to meet the demanding requirements of military and defence applications, through to stamped and formed contacts more suited to commercial applications.

The Micro D range is available with either metal or plastic body in eight standard interface configurations, up to a maximum of 100 ways.

It has been designed to meet the requirements of MIL-STD-1344 for use in such applications as space, airborne defence systems, avionic and test systems.

All styles are available in plug or socket format with either direct wire crimp or solder bucket wire termination.

PCB mount styles are available with either straight or right angle through board termination.

The Nano D variant has been especially designed for applications were space and weight limitations are of critical importance.

This microminiature range of connectors meets the performance criteria of MIL-C-83513 and is available in a range of interface configurations and styles.

This range of connectors has a proven usage in aerospace applications and its diminutive size makes it suitable for nanotechnology applications, including medical systems.
