IQPC is hosting the third annual Broadband Over Powerline Conference on 25th and 26th July at the Hilton Garden Inn, Dallas, Texas.

The event aims to deliver the very latest updates on core applications, large scale BPL deployments and the regulatory environment in the USA to decide the best BPL strategy for an organisation.

Broadband Over Powerline 2006 promises two action-packed days designed to provide a unique opportunity to evaluate, benchmark and unlock the full potential of BPL.

This year the conference also includes two site visits and two workshops.

Delegates will hear fascinating real-life case studies on how to: assess the EMC issues of BPL (radio interference) and understand the proactive methods to mitigate it (Ed Hare, Laboratory Manager, ARRL); leverage BPL to reduce cost, increase efficiency and enhance services (Business Development Manager, Southern Telecom); plan BPL projects before the pilot to ensure success (Utilities Director, City of Manassas Utilities); and assess the viability of commercial BPL in rural America (Director of Information Services, Southern Central Indiana REMC).

There will also be the chance to hear from global case studies to build up a picture of the status of international BPL deployment.

IQPC is offering discounts of up to $600 for bookings received by 2nd June 2006.
