The QDS range of coaxial connectors provide high-integrity interconnection, with a fast on/off capability and reliable mating without the use of bayonet coupling, screw-on coupling or tools.

The QDS range of "quick disconnect" coaxial connectors provide a high integrity interconnection, with a fast on/off capability and reliable mating without the use of bayonet coupling, screw-on coupling or tools etc Coupling of these connectors is achieved by the use of a positive locking mechanism, employing a spring loaded sleeve on the male plug that is drawn back to let self contained bearings "click" into grooves on the corresponding female

This spring loaded sleeve then slides forward, thus locking the connectors in place.

Having this practical and unique feature makes your design and assembly easier.

These connectors will primarily be used in medium-sized applications, and for applications where power handling and low intermodulation is required.

Such examples are basestations, cable assemblies and switching equipment etc.

All connectors are rated at 50ohm, and have a frequency range of DC-6GHz.
