International business conference on Applications of High Power Semiconductor Lasers will be held from 17th to 19th September 2007 in San Diego, California, USA.

Intertech-Pira is inviting interested parties to contribute papers for its inaugural international business conference on Applications of High Power Semiconductor Lasers (AHPSL).

AHPSL 2007 will be held from 17th to 19th September at the Hilton San Diego Resort in San Diego, California, USA.

Speakers at AHPSL 2007 will be encouraged to present information on market trends, technical developments, pumping advances, diode enabled applications, and direct diode applications of high power semiconductor lasers for the medical, industrial, defence and homeland security markets.

In order to be considered by the AHPSL Programme Committee, abstracts must be received no later than 11th May 2007.

AHPSL 2007 will offer an extraordinary opportunity to discuss and debate high power semiconductor lasers from an applications orientation.

The conference will feature 18 expert speakers on 18th and 19th September preceded by two intensive three-hour preconference seminars on 17th September.

There will also be an exhibit area for displaying new products and technologies, as well as a number of sponsored receptions, luncheons, and other networking functions to connect with colleagues and cement business alliances.

Over 125 industry executives, manufacturers, suppliers, applications engineers, investors, R and D specialists, and end users are expected to attend this important business meeting.
