IntertechPira will host its second Plastic and Thin Film Photovoltaics Conference on 6th and 7th December 2007 at the Dorint Don Giovanni in Prague, Czech Republic.

Following the success of the Photovoltaics Summits and Organic Photovoltaics 2007, IntertechPira will host its second Plastic and Thin Film Photovoltaics Conference on 6th and 7th December 2007 at the Dorint Don Giovanni in Prague, Czech Republic The conference will bring together industry experts, manufacturers, researchers and end users for a balanced, comprehensive discussion of the opportunities and challenges surrounding plastic and thin film photovoltaic technologies

Participants will examine future production, current challenges, and technological breakthroughs.

In addition to covering technological requirements for plastic and thin film PV, the conference will facilitate discussion of market structure, investment, and capital expense.

The basic question that this meeting will address is "What role does polymer based technology play in the future of photovoltaics?".
