Available now from Isocom is a range of dual-channel radiation-tolerant 16-pin ceramic optocouplers.

Hermetically sealed, they have a guaranteed performance over a temperature range of -55 to +125C and are screened to military standards within the European CECC and BS9000.

These products operate with a low supply current of 0.5mA and have an output voltage of 20V.

The devices have a high gain output of CTR, the minimum being 200% and typically 1200%, and have an input voltage of 1.9V maximum VF.

The new optocouplers are designed to provide safe, optical connections between circuits in wide range of systems.

Applications include aerospace, circuit control and as an isolation noise barrier.
