Isocom Components 2004 has a new range of lead-free dual- and quad-channel optically coupled isolator devices.

Isocom Components 2004 has a new range of lead-free dual- and quad-channel optically coupled isolator devices.

The PS2501-2, PS2501-4, PS2505-2, PS2505-4, PS2502-2 and PS2502-4 combine gallium arsenide infra-red emitting diodes with NPN silicon phototransistors mounted in standard 8- and 16-pin dual-inline packages, with two and four channels per unit, respectively.

Parts are available from factory stock, and the devices can also be produced as surface mount versions.
