The IS200 series is a miniature solid state relay that employs optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 1500V of input to output isolation.

Isocom Components 2004 has introduced a new range of photo MOS relays.

The IS200 series is a miniature solid state relay that employs optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 1500V of input to output isolation.

The optically coupled input is controlled by a highly efficient GaAlAs infra-red LED and MOSFETs on the output side.

It is available in a 4-pin SOP and features low driver power requirements (TTL/CMOS compatible) with no moving parts to provide high reliability.

The devices are arc-free with no snubbing circuits and offer 1500V RMS input/output isolation.

They are available in tape and reel packages.
