The StratFX range of optically clear hardcoated polyester films is designed for protective surface applications such as electronic displays and touch-screens for medical devices.

The StratFX range of optically clear hardcoated polyester films is designed for protective surface applications such as electronic displays and touch-screens for medical devices, large screen televisions, industrial control, kiosks, pen-entry devices and PDAs By employing many years of coating experience, including 20 years in optical films, InteliCoat has developed StratFX in direct response to changing market needs

Resistance to abrasion, flexibility and ease of cleaning are hallmarks of the new range, which protects and enhances the performance of surfaces/base films to meet both application demands and user expectations.

Featuring an optical grade polyester (PET) substrate with proprietary hard coating, StratFX films are manufactured in-house where surface preparation and coating processes are performed utilising InteliCoat's unique methodology.

Ideal for top layers and panels requiring both optical clarity and abrasion resistance, StratFX CFS film combines a highly durable surface with a gloss finish.

The chemically resistant hardcoat surface is easy to clean and allows permanent marker to be wipe removed.

For highly critical applications, two-sided CFS film features a clear hardcoated sputtering receptive surface on the inside.

StratFX AG films are available in a range of gloss levels for specialised applications where reduction of reflective glare is a concern.

Despite the addition of anti-glare agents, these films retain remarkably high visual clarity and transmission along with the easy clean properties of the clear films.

StratFX films may be customised to meet specific manufacturing requirements such as hardcoat and adhesives on PC, CTA, PMMA and other flexible substrates.

This is achieved through InteliCoat's comprehensive services that extend from lab drawdown and coating to pilot coating and full production.
