Reflex hardcoated graphic overlay film has been specifically designed to meet the high performance requirements of both manufacturers and end users of membrane touch switches.

Reflex hardcoated graphic overlay film has been specifically designed to meet the high performance requirements of both manufacturers and end users of membrane touch switches, nameplates, special labels, and durable back-printed graphics.

In response to market demands, InteliCoat has combined a UL-listed base film and superior proprietary primer technology to create Reflex.

The print-receptive and thermally stabilised polyester film provides a high degree of adhesion to both UV and solvent-based hardcoats and graphic inks even after multiple pass, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Reflex has a superior scratch and chemically resistant surface to protect against dust, cleaning and damage from many of the chemicals used in industrial environments.

Outperforming materials such as PVC, polycarbonate and competitors' coated polyester in membrane switch overlay flex life, a switch lifetime of more than 5,000,000 actuations is achievable before film cracking or loss of ink adhesion.
