ITT Industries, Cannon has released a new catalogue covering a wide range of RF 50ohm connectors This new publication illustrates several ranges of coaxial connectors including SMA, SMB and SMC connectors as well as the smaller SSMB and SSMC designs

Also included are between-series adapters, coaxial cable terminators and high performance cable assemblies.

In addition to the product drawings, this 64-page catalogue contains detailed specifications on the electrical, mechanical and environmental properties of the connectors, assembly instructions for each cable connector featured, and the tooling and mounting details required to use the products.

Between-series adapters offer transitions from Type N to SMA, BNC to SMA and many more including an innovative Slide-on SMA, which makes a useful test adapter and connector saver.

The high performance Sealflex 2 cable assembly offers excellent return loss and insertion loss properties on a flexible cable.

These 50ohm connectors are designed for use in professional electronics in many diverse markets such as medical electronics, industrial controls and cellular radio base stations.

Many economical designs are shown including connectors priced from $2.75 to less than $0.30.

However, these designs include the latest features demanded by the market, such as crimp/solder centre contacts on the cable plugs, low number of piece parts for ease of assembly and standoff steps on the legs of the PCB jacks. Request a free brochure from ITT Interconnect Solutions ...
