The iW-Rainbow-Giga is a novel platform for handheld devices based on the Intel Monahans processor.
Launched by Indian embedded systems design company iWave Systems at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2006, the iW-Rainbow-Giga is a novel platform for handheld devices based on the Intel Monahans processor.
The iW-Rainbow supports both Windows CE and Linux.
Intel's Monahans processor has enhanced MMX2 and video technology targeted for portable media players, smart phones, phones and other devices in the handheld market segment.
