Semiconductor specialists converge on Paris
Next month's fourth annual IET and FSA International Semiconductor Forum in Paris will bring together high-tech industry leaders from around the world.
The fourth annual IET and FSA International Semiconductor Forum will be held on 14th and 15th May 2007 at le Palais des Congres in Paris, France.
The event brings together high-tech industry leaders from around the world to examine the most pressing issues surrounding today's semiconductor industry.
Building on the success of previous events, the forum will feature five esteemed keynote speakers, an executive/business track and this year, a new technical track targeted for engineers.
Together, the tracks and keynote addresses offer two days of thematically focused presentations and panel discussions highlighting the following topics: the changing semiconductor landscape; new technologies and new markets; implementing emerging technology; the consumer market's impact on semiconductors; advanced node adoption; analogue intellectual property (IP); system-in-package (SiP) design; supply chain management; and design for yield, design for test and design for manufacturing.
Keynote speakers include: Wim Roelandts, President, CEO and Chairman, Xilinx; Mike Muller, CTO, ARM; Jan Willis, Senior Vice President of Industry Alliances, Cadence Design Systems; John Yu, COO, Chipnuts; and Ron Torten, CEO, Nemerix.
In conjunction with the forum, the event will feature an exposition highlighting semiconductor industry suppliers showcasing their latest products and services.
Admission to the exposition is complimentary to all semiconductor professionals and promotes the expansion of global business partnerships.
