IVIS has agreed to be responsible for sales and support of Infiniscale's modeling, model-based optimisation and parametric yield solutions.

Infiniscale has reached a distribution agreement with Ivis, a Japanese distributor for EDA products Ivis will be responsible for sales and support of Infiniscale's modeling, model-based optimisation and parametric yield solutions

Ivis was chosen based on its reputation for building strong customer relationships and delivering new EDA tools to the Japanese market.

"Japan is the technology curve in many wireless and handheld device markets", said Firas Mohamed, CEO and President of Infiniscale.

" In this arena, analogue blocks are now becoming the critical part of most 65nm designs and analogue design optimisation is becoming an art where our tools do bring a unique and compelling edge".

The Lysis tool suite provides analogue designers with an advantage to reach the expected performance and yield.

Infiniscale and Ivis do share a common vision of building strong, long lasting customer relationships and providing dedicated local technical support in Japan".
