The new MJ04 series 2mm metric connector system from JAE complies with the IEC 1076-4-101 electrical and mechanical specification for CompactPCI interconnection.
Contact resistance is less than 20mW.
The FB1 range features 11, 15, 17, 21, 27, 33, 39, 45, 51 and 57 contact variants and zero insertion force design with an easy rotating actuator facilitates insertion and removal of FPC during manufacture.
Insertion lifetime is 20 times.
Created for automatic board mounting processes, the FB1 series is designed to yield excellent reflow soldering results, and is available on embossed tape suitable for automatic placement.
The actuator and base insulator are moulded in UL94V-0 synthetic resin, and the copper alloy contacts are tin-lead plated on the mating and solder tail end, and are highly durable.
Operating temperature range is -40 to +85C, and the connectors will withstand up to 250V RMS AC for up to 60s.
Insulation resistance is greater than 100Mohm.
