Low profile for board-to-board connector
series
The latest board-to-board connectors from JAE Europe feature a 0.4mm contact pitch and allow designers to achieve a stacking height of just 4.0mm between parallel PCBs.
The latest board-to-board connectors from JAE Europe feature a 0.4mm contact pitch and allow designers to achieve a stacking height of just 4.0mm between parallel PCBs Targeted at applications where space is at a premium, the new WA4 series is ideal for high density mounting in PDAs, digital cameras, projectors and EPOS systems
Initially available in 80, 90 and 120 wave formats, the new connectors are suitable for lead free soldering and have a rated life of 30 mating cycles.
Rated current and voltage are 0.3A and 200V AC, respectively, and insulation resistance is measured at 80Mohm.
Offered with an embossed tape and reel package, the new connectors have enough surface area for automated mounting.
Operating temperature for the WA4 connectors ranges from -40 to +85C.
