RCATS upgrade supports HSDPA

RCATS is automated and centrally managed for the continuous monitoring of end-user services to ensure consistency of availability and performance.
Wireless service providers can proactively address problems before they affect the customer, differentiate service offerings and drive down service costs.
An essential part of RCATS is the Service Validation Package (SVP) components that help providers establish the exact monitoring solution for a complete package of basic voice, supplementary services, basic data, WAP, SMS, MMS, voice quality, and IVR quality needs.
RCATS is compatible with US and international wireless protocols including 2G (CDMA, GSM and TDMA), as well as 2.5G (1xRTT, EDGE and GPRS), 3G (UMTS, HSDPA and 1xEV-DO).
