Available now from Jenton International is the EMCAST 1900 Series of ultra-violet-light and thermally curable conformal coating and sealant materials made by Electronic Materials Incorporated (EMI) The EMCAST 1900 family of materials contains a wide range of physical properties relevant to the coating and sealing of optical, electrical and microelectronic devices

These include viscosities from 200 to 12,000cps, refractive index values from 1.49 to 1.55, and glass transition temperatures as high as 150C.

The formulations exhibit very low shrinkage on curing, minimal outgassing and excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates.

In addition to these standard formulations, EMI offers custom formulating services to develop coating or adhesive materials with unique properties for demanding applications.

All these materials are manufactured under strict ISO 9001 standards and offered in a variety of package types and sizes.
