Jerome Industries has released a desktop-style 125W output rated 120V input, 120V output medical grade isolation transformer The unit has input options for a hospital-grade input cord or an IEC320 power inlet
Output is provided by two NEMA 5-15R power receptacles.
Typical uses include reducing AC leakage current for nonmedical devices such as portable computers and video monitors to less than 50uA.
Other key uses are for improving EMC immunity for devices: 20dB attenuation is typical for frequencies above 10kHz in both differential- and common-mode configurations.
The model designation is TDYN120-02M for the hospital grade input version and TIYN120- 02M for the IEC320 inlet version.
